So quick update-yness.

Had a minor panic last night about my immigration stuff. Because I suddenly realised we're into April and that's my last month on this visa. So I had a freak out and called the NZ immigration office. And the woman was nice and told me that as long as I submit my application before April 30th, I'm allowed to stay in the country until they get back to me. Which is a huge relief because apparently the whole process could take up to a month. So that's bought us a few more weeks.

Which is just as well because a doctor told me today that I have the flu. I've been put on antibiotics and signed off work today and tomorrow. Pretty fantastic timing with my medical needing to be done huh? I feel like absoloute crap and it's all very stressful. But I'm hoping the tablets will do the trick. And in the mean time I can get my x-rays and all the forms sorted and hopefully sneak in my medical in a couple of weeks when I'm feeling better. But it's all very tight and scary so I'm hoping I get better sooner rather than later.

Anyway that's about it. Just thought you'd all like to know the deal. I think that's all I have the energy to type so I'm going to go pass out in front of the TV now! Love you all lots!
